This type of behavior usually starts from the time the dog was a puppy. Every time the puppy wind moans groans barked or how old, the owner appeared. This was its reward for this behavior. It is only natural that the dog would continue in this behavior on to adulthood.
Many times dogs will also barked because of stress that it is caused from separation anxiety. Or they just may be bored or their routine has changed in some way, perhaps the owner is no longer home as often as they used to be.
